Custom Equipment, LLC was honored with the 2013 Employer of the Year Award at the Waukesha-Ozaukee-Washington (WOW) Workforce Development Board Annual Meeting on October 2nd.
The award recognizes Custom Equipment’s participation in various programs with WOW Workforce Development. Through this organization, Custom Equipment has been able to help mentor and train the younger workforce by providing internships, and has participated in multiple on-the-job training contracts that have provided full-time employment opportunities.
WOW Workforce Development is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing the highest quality and efficient workforce development services possible to the Waukesha, Ozaukee, and Washington counties by educating a new workforce for employers. Through this effort, jobs are filled and economic growth continues to strengthen throughout southeastern Wisconsin.
